We offer free delivery within the Klang Valley for orders exceeding MYR 5,000.00 / USD 2,000.00. Shipping charges for each country and state vary, so please contact us to obtain detailed information on the packaging and delivery fees.
Occasionally, we will confirm shipping and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify you by email of the new shipping and delivery times.
How long to deliver?
Regarding the delivery timeline, we usually take only 1-3 days to dispatch the goods once they are ready for customers within the Klang Valley. For those outside of the Klang Valley, the delivery timeline is 3-5 working days.
International delivery
For international orders, air-freight shipping typically takes 5-8 days, not including custom clearance on your side.
